Go to the app.

Open the MegPrime™ app.

Sign Up.

• Click on 'Sign Up', then enter your email address — you'll receive a confirmation code to your email address.

Create  a Passkey.

Enter the code in the app on the confirmation screen — once you do, you'll need to set up your Passkey.

• Click 'Set up your Passkey' — follow the steps to add a Passkey to your account.

Accept Terms & Conditions.

Click on 'Terms & Conditions'.

• Open each of the Terms & Conditions — read through, scroll down, and then accept the terms.
• You'll now need to x out of the Terms & Conditions screen.

Set Up Profile.

Click on 'Profile Setup'.

Choose Username.

Choose your username — minimum 5 letters.

Click on 'Save'.

Verify Email.

Click 'Verify Email'

Ensure the green box reads 'Verified' once complete.

Verify Phone Number.

• Click 'Verify Phone Number'.
• Enter the code from your SMS under 'Verify Code'

Ensure the green box reads 'Verified'.

Make Profile Discoverable.

• Toggle the 'Discoverable' button to on.

Turn Notifications On

• Toggle the button on to enable notifications.

Click 'Continue'.

Ensure the previous two steps state 'Done' in green.

Verify Your Identity

• Click on 'Identity Verification'.

Choose 'Individual' or 'Business'.

Ensure that you have proper documentation before you begin — a driver's license or passport, your social security number, address, and date of birth are required.

Complete verification through Persona.

1. Click ' Start Verification' button.
2. Click on the 'Open in New Tab' button.
3. If you receive a 'open a pop-up window' pop-up - click 'Allow'.
4. Complete persona verification flow — ID must be present — you will be sent back to the MegPrime™ app.
5. Click on 'I've Completed Verification'.

Choose a Funding Method

• Click 'Link Bank'.
• Follow steps to set up a funding method — this is provided by Plaid, a trusted third-party provider.

You're now set up in the MegPrime™ app. At any time, you can click on the top drop-down to go to your profile or bank settings.
